Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CashVista, you enter into a binding agreement with SUGUDIGITAL and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use CashVista on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2.Who we are

CashVista is published and operated by SUGUDIGITAL, 13 Avenue de l'Île de France, 95300 Pontoise, France (“CashVista”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@cashvista.app.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use CashVista. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial money management.

4.The service

CashVista is a personal finance tool that turns the transactions you enter into a cash-flow forecast, balances, alerts, and analysis. Your data is stored securely so it is backed up and available across your devices. Connecting a bank account is a planned, optional feature. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the service.

6.Bank connections & third parties

Connecting a bank account is an optional feature that is not active in the current version. If you enable it in the future, CashVista will use a regulated provider (such as Plaid); you will authorise that provider to access the data you select, subject to their own terms and privacy policy, and we will not be responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of your bank or these providers. CashVista also relies on Apple and Superwall for subscriptions, and Supabase to host your data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CashVista for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Access accounts or data that are not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or our systems;
• Copy, resell, or exploit the service except as these Terms allow.

8.App stores & licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CashVista on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

For iOS: this agreement is between you and SUGUDIGITAL only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation, and any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual-property claims) are our responsibility, not Apple's. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Similar principles apply to Google Play.

9.Fees & subscriptions

CashVista may offer paid features or subscriptions. Any purchase is billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by the app store under its terms.

10.Intellectual property

CashVista, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by SUGUDIGITAL and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. The financial data you import or enter remains yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.

11.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

CashVista is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasts will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUGUDIGITAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from decisions you make using the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12.Termination

You may stop using CashVista and delete your data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

13.Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use CashVista after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
